We have developed and maintain strong relationships within the healthcare industry. We have the ability to react quickly to new trends and policy changes that occur. The Exchange’s approach fosters an environment of patient safety, quality of care and trust. We provide risk management programs that offer physicians effective tools to benefit their practice and reduce risk. These programs are designed to educate physicians on practical business concepts and medicine that relate to solvency of a physician practice. We talk with physicians and draw upon their clinical knowledge in formulating our policies. We require early reporting of adverse patient outcomes and joint defense where feasible and ethically permissible to reduce the risk of large claim payouts. In addition, the Exchange offers a personal level of customer service. Physicians can call upon any member of our staff at any time to answer questions regarding their coverage or the operations of the Exchange.
